Setting up a new high performing quality system, and eager to grow with the company.
Hands-on coaching of the production team to achieve quality excellence consistently day to day.
Interface between Sales department and Operations for matters relating to New product development and Customer related enquiries.
Assist the Operations Manager (a certified Q Grader) in tasting coffee blends.

Five years experience with Quality assurance and Quality audits in a Food production environment: FAVV, BRC, IFS, customers, organic certification, fair trade certification.
Interested in developing an expertise in tasting coffees and distinguishing between coffee flavours.
Interested in supporting:
- feedback to sales enquiries related to new or existing customers
- feedback for B2B-customer related enquiries
This person will report to the Operations Manager and will lead one Quality Control lab associate.
